Nduja is a typical Calabrian salami, simply made using minced pork meat, chilli peppers, salt and olive oil.
Puro ‘Nduja is made without any additives, preservatives or colorants.
The fiery and rich taste make ‘Nduja perfect as a spread on bread but also an incredibly versatile ingredient that can be added to soups, stirred through pasta or used as a pizza topping.
How to use it: It is ready to eat! Just spread it on a warm piece of rustic bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, on a toast, on a cracker or added into pasta.
Ingredients: Pork fat, pork meat, Calabrian chilli, olive oil, salt
Storage: Store at ambient temperature. Once opened keep it refrigerated and topped with oil up to 30 days.
